We ship worldwide. If you want to place an order, please fill in our Order Form
You will receive a confirmation e-mail within 24h with the total amount
of your order (including shipping costs) and payment details. Method of
payment is PayPal. No PayPal charges for the buyer.
Note about delivery time:
All ThunderTomate pedals are designed and hand-made by a single person.
Every pedal is made once an order has been confirmed. For this reason
there is a waiting time of 1-2 weeks from order's comfirmation to
shipping.

Shipping costs
Shipping rates for all orders:
• EC countries.
Correos priority international delivery-Air.
9 EUR
• Rest of the world.
Correos priority international delivery-Air.

Warranty.
All ThunderTomate products are covered by a two-year warranty period.
Defects than occur within this warranty period will be repaired on our
premises with no charge for parts and labour.
Only the first buyer is covered by the warranty period. The warranty
period doesn't include any fault derived from an incorrect use of the
products or an incorrect use of the equpment associated to this
products.
Returns Policy.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can
return it to us in its original condition within 15 days of the date
you received the item and we will issue a full refund (discounting only
the PayPal transaction charges).
Any items returned must be sent back prepaid.
